Sorry, I meant it’s showing the row combo in addition to, not in place of, the DB Pullover.

    Hi there!
Phase 2, Day 2 lists DB Pullover on the site/link, but DB Row Combo on the plan. Can you clarify?

    Hi Nicole,

I’m wrapping up your 45 Summer Abs Challenge & thrilled it’s the first time I have been able to complete a plan start to finish!
Loving the results & have been kicking around (planning) on a figure competition. My question is two-fold:

    – living local, do you have recommendations for a coach? Or is that something you and your team still do? Do you recommend Oddo since you’ve had that connection?

    – what is your best advice for someone competing for the first time (i.e. what you wish you knew before you started, any red flags to look out for with selecting a show/coach/class)

    Thank you!
    Melissa

I live in sunny San Diego, CA working as an Executive Assistant for a biotech company in Del Mar. This is my first challenge ever and am very nervous I may not be able to keep up. But so far so good. I’ve completed all the training thus far and have been stuffing my belly with all this healthy food. I’m sore and have spaghetti legs gut I know in the end it’ll only better myself. I’m my own competition. Good luck everyone!

I’m in San Diego as well! Let me know if you’re ever near La Jolla/UTC for a workout! 🙂

I’ve got low back/disc issues, so use one for the added support. My two cents is to make sure you use proper form before you need a belt, otherwise the belt may help you lift more, but you can end up with an injury even strapped up.

I went with a basic, Valeo belt. Personal preference – I like being able to see which notch my belt is at, and don’t trust my shirts & coordination with Velcro.

Carrillo is definitely a name in the industry, feel like I need to earn the body to invest in one of those!

Same question here – 135lbs, but just under 5’4″. Should I do plan 1 or 2?
