I am also a morning person 5:00am and I need to do both cardio and weights at that time. So I am trying to figure out when to eat.
So first meal at 5:15? and then second meal at 8:00 am which will be more less the time when I finish my workout so this will be post workout supplement and second breakfast around 40 grams of protein in one setting? I though you couldn’t digest more than 20 at one time.
Or
First meal after a workout with post workout supplement? Also 40 grams of protein in one sitting.
Which one or is there another alternative?
