MickiParticipant
Thank you for asking this! I find them very uncomfortable too but love curtsy lunges. 🙂
MickiParticipantI thought I read somewhere that the high carb days went with the days that you were doing the HIIT workout. Did I misread that Naomi?
MickiParticipantFlavor God has a chocolate donut seasoning. I sprinkle that on my rice cakes with a little olive oil spray to make it stick then add a dash of salt. It’s pretty tasty!!!?
MickiParticipantThanks Rene!
MickiParticipantI’m right with you girl. I’m so full I feel sick and uncomfortable. I think tomorrow I’m going to back off and then ramp my food up more slowly over the course of a little time. Good to know I should be focused on my macro goals so at least I can get those portions nailed. 🙂 Thanks for asking the question! Lots of luck to us!!!
MickiParticipantYes! That’s so me!
I typically can’t handle whey either and def not soy (I have leaky gut). The only protein powder that my body responds well to that my specialist ok’d is by Dr. Axe. You may want to check it out if yours is a digestion issue…https://store.draxe.com/products/healing-protein-chocolateHe has other protein powders and meal replacements but the Healing Protein us the only one of his that works for me.
Ps – I do BCAAs also because my stomach is so wonky it doesn’t break down protein like it should so you may be struggling with that too. I use 2 different kinds. One you can get on Amazon – Thorne Amino Complex the other you’ll need to find a holistic practitioner or Chiro to order for you…it’s called xymo-bol-x by Xymogen.
Good luck Christina! 🙂
MickiParticipantSame thing here Nicole. Macros for the women’s meal plan 3 aren’t 30/40/30 (according to MyFitnessPal app) so I had to adjust a bit. 🙂
