I am a new member here, and I have to say – you are my biggest inspiration! I have been competing for about 4years now (I am 22 years old), and right now I am trying reverse dieting. My metabolism must be improved, so I can be even better on stage next year. Right now I eat 1770 kcal daily and with one cheat meal a weak. I think it is hard to be in offseason – especially if the metabolism dont want to cooperate. Do you have some tips to speed it up?
