I know this is late but I made tacos the other night. I used corn tortillas, chicken breast, tomatoes, cilantro, and cheddar cheese. I believe it was all on the exchange list for plan 1, meal 4 or 5.
I really liked the brownie bites, with the greek yogurt. A friend who is also doing the challenge suggested adding cinnamon and it went from being fuel to a yummy treat!
