    When I do these I will sit backwards. I don’t know if that’s ok but it feels more comfortable for me that way

    Hello,
    So this is what I messed up in the 30 day challenge. I drank the post workout shake in addition to the diet. I did not realize that this should be included into the calories. I am horrible at this so I just want to make sure I do this right. So when I train and take the post workout shake, I need to cut calories and macros somewhere else in the plan so I hit the calories and macros? Just want to make sure. Thank you so much:)

    I was wondering if you are at a 40-40-20 in macros but also in a calorie deficit would you still lose fat? I hope this makes sense. Thank you

    Hi Everyone
    So I’m going to ask a question that is a little embarrassing but I know I’m not the only one. So for the cardio and cardio acceleration workout I wanted to see if there are other options because anytime I run or do jumping movements I will pee myself. ‘Tis has been very frustrating for me cause I loved to run in the past. Thank you for all the advice
