So this is what I messed up in the 30 day challenge. I drank the post workout shake in addition to the diet. I did not realize that this should be included into the calories. I am horrible at this so I just want to make sure I do this right. So when I train and take the post workout shake, I need to cut calories and macros somewhere else in the plan so I hit the calories and macros? Just want to make sure. Thank you so much:)
