    Can I have one banana and one red mango post workout (I’m training tomorrow) as a cheat meal instead of what listed?

    I don’t feel I need carbs I miss fruit.

    I work in retail so it’s really depends on how busy the store is or how many staff on that day.

    9 am
    12 pm
    3 or 3:30 pm
    7:30 or 8 pm or if I’m at the gym then it’s around 9 or 9:30.

    I’ll try to follow your example. I might be able to eat dinner at 7 pm if I couldn’t at 6 pm.

    But if I’m finishing my workout around dinner time (around 9:30pm). Am I having post workout meal or meal 4? Or both?

    Hey sorry I was at work when I replied my mind wasn’t focus. I just had the time to check the meal plan.

    Green peas / broccoli / cauliflower
    Carrots / broccoli / cauliflower
    Green beans / Cauliflower / carrots

    I usually add diced fresh parsley with lemon juice to the mix.
    And I usually do green peas/broccoli/cauliflower with the parsley.
    I add a little mayo if it fits my macros.

    I was thinking of taking the recommended ingredients as is instead of a formula, like one cap green tea, one cap caffeine etc, would that work?

    I usually weigh protein, veggies and rice uncooked. I was wondering if you weigh them uncooked in this meal plan? Sorry if I missed this info. Thank you!
