I made the fish tacos once and it was horrible. I think I will go with chicken.

I had steak this weekend. 4 oz (I am on meal plan 1 for women under 5’4). I got sick of chicken, and as long as I follow the recommended size, i figure it would be OK. 🙂 I needed it to survive. 🙂

I have seen this question in another post, asking about the weight recommendation for the chicken breasts (which come in varying sizes, including huge portions). So far, I have NOT seen an answer to it. The recipe calls for 3 chicken breasts, plus the veggies, divided into 3 foils, which equal to 3 servings. I cook my chicken whole, which turn out to be very juicy, but the veggies are soggy. 🙁 I usually eat them all, since i am so hungry. 🙂 I wish someone would fix this recipe and clarify how much chicken breast per serving.

yikes. i have been doing it wrong, too. Basically just one set of decreasing weight with 10 reps each!

I think it would help if these instructions were listed with the video or with the definitions section before the videos.

i just bought an acquajogger from Amazon.com. because i have shin issues i need to heal. Pool running is tough, and gets my heart rate up within minutes, and gentle on the joints.

for warmups–do we use just enough weight to move through the range of motion (vs using heavy weights, like in regular sets)? Thanks. I tend to use lighter weight to warm up….
