    I read it as choose which days you want to do the cardio as long as HIIT is not on a leg day and one full complete rest day. 2 interval cardio days and 2 HIIT Per week

    I am confused as to to amount of sets we are supposed to do for week one day one lower body db/bw legs…..
    Is it 6 straight sets THEN supersets DB squat with BW squats for 4 more sets? And it says 3 sets BW squats but also 4×15….

    Please clarify thanks!

    If you haven’t tried Flavor God’s buttery cinnamon roll sprinkled on the Greek yogurt the vanilla protein powder!!! Omg delish!

    Oh my god. Me too! My belly is flat in the morning but by dinner I look seven months pregnant! I have been using Digize essential oil to help with the bloating. But I feel so huge! My clothes are feeling tight too and I am up 6lbs this morning!!!
    I’m trying to stick to the plan but it’s so hard. I want to go back to lower carb like I usually eat, my stomach prefers it.

    I’m an intermittent faster too. Kind of wondering the same, I’m thinking I’ll just have to have a bigger eating window to get all the meals in. Prob switch to a 18:6 instead of OMAD. I think I will do a full 24 hour fast on rest days, then eat all my calories when I break fast.
    I feel much better while fasting, I have less digestive issues and more energy. There’s no way I can eat every 3 hours. Just doesn’t feel right for me.

    Seriously, the Instant Pot is worth every penny… I figured I’d save in the long run by avoiding an ER visit from trying to cut open a spaghetti squash! Yes I’ve cut myself once before…

    I’ve been following the order of the workouts but moved rest days to sat and sun because weekends are family time. I am a SAHM so I can get to the gym while the kids are doing school on weekdays.

    Check out vita cost.com I get my ghee and tons of health food stuff and supplements from them, way cheaper than Whole Foods. Delivery is usually free over $50 and google a coupon code to get more savings 🙂
