Is it 6 straight sets THEN supersets DB squat with BW squats for 4 more sets? And it says 3 sets BW squats but also 4×15….Please clarify thanks!

ParticipantOh my god. Me too! My belly is flat in the morning but by dinner I look seven months pregnant! I have been using Digize essential oil to help with the bloating. But I feel so huge! My clothes are feeling tight too and I am up 6lbs this morning!!!
I’m trying to stick to the plan but it’s so hard. I want to go back to lower carb like I usually eat, my stomach prefers it.Melissa Brown

ParticipantI’m an intermittent faster too. Kind of wondering the same, I’m thinking I’ll just have to have a bigger eating window to get all the meals in. Prob switch to a 18:6 instead of OMAD. I think I will do a full 24 hour fast on rest days, then eat all my calories when I break fast.
I feel much better while fasting, I have less digestive issues and more energy. There’s no way I can eat every 3 hours. Just doesn’t feel right for me.Melissa Brown

ParticipantI’ve been following the order of the workouts but moved rest days to sat and sun because weekends are family time. I am a SAHM so I can get to the gym while the kids are doing school on weekdays.
