    Hi! So I wanted to make sure I read another post correctly. For the 4 meals that is what equals the daily calories and macors? That does not include the post workout meal?

    It is hard at first, but it gets easier. Try adding some fresh lemons or cucumbers if you need more of a flavor. Best of luck!
