Hi Nicole. I am a 44 year old female 5ft 2.5in and 140lbs. My bodyfat is mid to high 20s. I lift 5 days a week and do 30-45 min of cardio 6 days a week. My cardio is usually 30 min intervals at levels 7/11 on the stairmaster and 15 min on treadmill at 10 incline at 3.5mph. I wear a heart rate monitor and burn an average of 600-700 calories total per daily workout (cardio and weights). I can’t seem to lean out and struggle with what my macros should be. My calories are at 1350. My previous coach had me on a 4 day carb cycle of 25/50/50/100 but that didn’t seem to help. My body seems to be carb sensitive. Is it best for me to stick to 40%P 40%C and 20%F ratio? Could I be overtraining? Your advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
