    I tried the GAT Nitroflex, I really like it!!! High caffeine content though!

    How about adding a little maple (or other flavor) extract to the batter? That might add a little flavor without calories.

    When trying to lose body fat by calorie deficit and added cardio, what is the best way to preserve as much muscle as possible? I am 45, trying to keep all the muscle I can because it seems harder and harder to build but I need to shed a little fat. I take bcaas and keep my protein high. Thank you, Mary
