ParticipantI was just trying to make something I could make multiple days of because I need to prep once for the week. My work schedule is 12 hour shifts so I don’t have time daily to make food. That aside, the numbers still don’t match that are laid out in the plan. Meal plan 3, meal 1, meal totals. A grapefruit added to the guiltless breakfast wrap does not total what the daily meal totals says it should be.
See attached images.
I am confused.

ParticipantWe’ve got this ladies! We just have to make the challenge a priority too and no doubt our work hours make life hard but I am sure we can do it! We are strong women! Here is to day 1!!

ParticipantThank you, that does make more sense. I need to learn more about carb cycling! I am going to do my best to get both cardio and weights in on the same day because yes, rest days do me good!

ParticipantThanks Naomi! I did the 60 day challenge and had great results, it was a lot of work so I feel like with 45 days I have to push even harder. Just to clarify, if I can’t get a workout in and it is supposed to be a high carb day I should still stick to the meal plan?
Also, if I cant get both cardio and weights in on the same day when I work, can I do cardio on another day that should technically be my rest day? Sometimes I can manage HIIT cardio on my work day only because it is shorter than other cardio or my weight workout.

ParticipantI think it must be an error. I have done 3 challenges and meal plan 3 is always for over 5’6″. I was going to ask too.
