Before this shred I was doing 3-4 hours of cardio a week and 2 hours of weights. The way I see it I will now be doing more weights and maybe a little less cardio but not much less since I’m prepping for a race in June. So, I think I will definitely be increasing my total workout hours but I’m just not even used to eating so much. I forced myself to eat 4.5 meals and feelso full. How bad would it be to scale back a little on the volume in Phase 1?
