    Hi,

    Regarding the video on 8 ways to lose fat ASAP, If I want to do weight training workouts in the early morning what is your suggestion for breakfast time? Is it better to have my breakfast before doing weight training workouts or not? Can I make more muscles if i hadn’t eaten anything?

    Hi,
    This is my first challenge with Nicole and I really love it. I am in meal plan 2. I lost weight in phase-1 about 2 pounds but not much in phase-2, just half pound. I have gained 2 pounds in phase-3 but I had 1.5 inches loss in my waist and chest too. Could you please let me know which meal plan I have to follow until the next challenge? I want to lose weight and make more muscles.

    Hi Naomi,
    I appreciate you taking your time in advance.I have two questions for you. 

    1- I’m just wondering if I lower my reps in the metabolic conditioning ladder do I need to increase the weights?

    2- Do I have to sweat when i’m doing my strength training because i don’t sweat much! It’s okay?

    I’m 49 female, 5’6”, 152 lbs. I’m in the Women’s Meal Plan 2 category. I already eat less than 1300 calories every day. I’m just wondering that I will lose weight with the meal plan? I’m a little confused.
