and 12oz of yogurt is a whole serving LP
EQUALS 1-1/2 serving lean protein.
It’s the only meal that has more than a full serving of protein.
So no matter how you exchange it, it will be one and one half serving of protein. A half and a whole. I hope I’m explaining myself clearly.Nancy Vrentas

The Brownie balls says there is 1/2 portion Lean Protein to be eaten with 12 ounces Greek yogurt, which is 1 portion Lean Protein.
