ParticipantI would like to know when to take the fat burner and pre-work out. It’s a little confusing. Both have caffeine and both you’re supposed to take before the work out. I asked this question on the Facebook page and I was told to ask the form which doesn’t make sense because it’s a general question.

ParticipantAs a diabetic every meal needs to have a protein and a carb. Speak with your diabetic nurse from your clinic and they will explain this to you. All of these carbohydrates in the meals are clean and complex. They are healthy carbs to eat and what your body needs. Don’t be afraid of good carbohydrates because you are diabetic.

ParticipantI used a flat bench for the glute raises. And I did the hamstring curl machine in place of the hamstring curl (with ball) my gym does not have the balls.

ParticipantI have a tremor on the left side of my body due to an old head injury over 20 years ago. When I do lunges I use the TRX ropes to help with my balance. This is in the gym of course. Thought it may help.
