On the ebook shows 245 calories, 25g protein, 10g carbs, 25g protein, 12g fat
I am sure is a typo error but I really would like to know

ParticipantHi, there, I am a participant and I don’t know what are your goals, but if you plan to do the cardio and weight as written and do follow to the T the macros you may gain some lbs but not all will be fat cause Nicole plans doesn’t work that way

ParticipantOk so I will do from scratch an use the info from the exchange list and 1cup is 40g uncooked and make 1 and 1/2 (meal plan 1 ) post workout and make 60g. Is that correct?

ParticipantHi there I do all the challenges from Nicole and my first phr I was afraid to but if you follow the plans de do t cheat on the meal plan I guarantee you will be surprise by the results and won’t gain any fat and you will feel pretty good
