ParticipantHi, if I was on your situation, I will choose lift weights over cardio (not a fan on cardio), keep on point the nutrition and if is really crowded and the machine is taken I will mix the gym training with the full equipment @ home wo or the db/bodyweight. They said you can swap between them if necessary. Hope this help

ParticipantHi, if is so hard to find it just follow the serving size. On the exchange list call for 2 slices but whatever bread you plan to use look at the nutrition and maybe one slice cover the serving size.

ParticipantHi, in every challenge the 12oz is a topic. I use total 0% fage Greek yogurt plain and this brand for the 12pz has 8C and 27P. Normally the macros are off in carbs and protein but I followed the meal as it is and at the end Nicole is right because I get the results we all are looking for. Hope this help

ParticipantIn my case (have really bad pain in my back) I use 40 sec or 45secs depending on how much 8need to move to pick up the next exercise, so at the end I get the 30 secs is written
