ParticipantHi, the ebook says increase time each round, so you do the Russian twist and plank foe 30 sec, rest and do the second superset but the plank for 45 sec and the last will be 1 min hold

ParticipantHi there, I’m on the same meal plan and what I did is calculate the amounts for each item (1.5 serving)
If I did right (haven’t create the meal on MFP yet) this what I got50g cooked quinoa
28g black bean
28g corn
6g red onion
14g red pepper
4.5oz chicken (I’m going to use my already boiled chicken breast that always have ready)
18g dressing (I have fat free Italian dressing)The macros should be 27gP/42gC/9gF (but haven’t log in MFP yet)

ParticipantHi, I like that brand and I always get the good seed thin sliced because for exchange this one is 1 slice 13g carbs and you can do 2 slices (26g carbs) and the list says 1 serving is approximately 25g of carbs.
Then the 3g of protein per slice may affect the protein amount for the meal you are choosing but also Nicole said that 5g error won’t make such difference

ParticipantHi, I just want to share with you my experience….
I’ve been doing Nicole’s challenges since last year and was scare to jump on macros after summer shred challenge and star adding pounds, but decided to trust the program and for my surprise I didn’t gain weight, I had more strength and was able to build muscle in phase 1
That challenge was the best of all for me, almost a competition prep lol and gave the look of stage body
If you follow as is written and do just the refeed meal as is suggested you will be happy

I am confused with the 11/2 inch diameter 🙁
