    I do! Sometimes I’ll use almond milk. Most times, water, frozen banana (fresh works too).
    I’ll add a scoop of flavoured protein powder and some nut butter, ice cubes… blend in blender for smoothie!

    Hi all… I just wanted to thank you for posting your pictures and for our leaders giving their feedback to your questions… I haven’t had the privilege of giving birth; however, I did lose Significant weight, years ago and no matter my weight, there is always a pooch. I am 5 foot eight and when I was 113.8 pounds… My pooch seemed worse… When I put on weight and was 125 pounds… My pooch improved… Present day I am 135-ish pounds… And guess what, the pooch is just part of me … I can suck in my gut and I can take pictures with different camera angles… You know the Instagram style LOL… However when I am just sitting like a normal human… My pooch is loose – same with my chest.
    I’m sharing to thank you for your brave post… It helped me embrace my body even more and I hope that my post helps you know you’re not alone … And I hope you keep kicking butt with your fitness… You look absolutely incredible!

    Hi!
    I’m going to make a Turkey with ALL the fixings; HOWEVER, I will only eat Turkey, sweet potatoes and green beans.
    I’m excited for turkey leftovers… protein for meal prep during week!

    I had both and went to dumbbells most of the time! Adjustable weights were bulky when lifting too.

    I wrote cardio in our main calendar too! 💫🙌🏽 Like previous comments, I like seeing everything in “one spot” on calendar.

    I’m in the same boat as well!… I am super grateful that my gym has opened up… But there are so many restrictions… We will get through this online friends!
