Participantfood changing.. sorry guys but in Australia we don’t have Bison.. so i looked up the macros for bison and found a meat very close to it. we also dont have that Xekel bread lol.
For anyone like me needing to change the protein as its not in your area or country like me, just look up the macros of the meal plan item write down the macros and then find another protein of same macros. It works for me.

Just seems like a lot of carbsBrenda, i am 170cm tall and doing meal 3, you should be going by height not weight apprently.

ParticipantJust so we are all on the same page , I never said anyone was cheating , if you read my post it was only a concern about the challenge itself because one of the motivating factors for me and many others is the prize of winning to meet Nicole herself ( me included ) so at the end of the day regardless of each individual journey the plan in my opinion should be to the plan .. food I believe is variable as macros are macros , you would get the same result refardless off food type ie pumpkin vs lite potato ( same carb macro profile ) but when it comes to exercise I think it has to be almost perfect ( timing cardio as it’s the easiest to make sure everyone is the same ) is HITT 30min NOT 45..
my other concern too is people that do extra may also be under eating to get skinner .. I have seen it first hand.. it can be very dangerous over exercising ..What can I say I have a Mum concerned mentality & a competitive nature lol

I am not having a go at anyone in a bad way it was only a concern that came from a good place !
Nicole is my idle & I’m sure all of us think the same .. I have never met her ( I hope to change that one day ) yet I trust her 110% on her program her structure & knowledge !
It hasn’t been easy but we all need to TRUST THE PROCESS and in doing so is following the programe how it is outlined.
5 days Training, 3 x 30min HITT & 2 rest days, Nutrition on point.Can’t wait to see your results bec !

I’m focused in my own. It was a concern of mine for others wanting to do the challenge in the future & a true representation of the results . This is not my first challenge or prep or diet I am 41 years old with a lot of experience in ‘focusing on yourself ‘ so please in the nicest way I am doing just thatnaynayarcher39

ParticipantFirst HITT session done after day 2 training.. I have not done hitt in 2 years lol.. it was a killer, but im proud i did it. Just the sprinting one on the tredmill gosh it was crazy, my hair even crazier..
