    I click the link for the db sumo squats and it does not allow me to see the video. It takes me to the membership page.

    I do not understand the difference between a sumo squat and a sumo deadlift.

    Hi! I am sore. Especially my legs. Unfortunately, I have a SLAP tear that limits my shoulder, chest and back exercises. I modified certain exercises i.e. V-Ups for the ab roller. still modified because range of motion in the shoulder.
    I am doing PT for another five weeks. Hoping to not have to succumb to surgery.
    I am sticking to the meal plan even with the less exercises or modified due to injury.
    Tomorrow’s (Saturday) total body workout will be again challenging. Will need to skip some exercises. Inspired to do the best I can.
    Meal Plan is absolutely delicious and has a lot of variety. I can’t decide the meals to eat because they are all yummy!

    I believe she means the Women’s Training Workout days. The High protein Toast. In the recipe it calls of two slices of bread but on the Meal Plan 2 Meal 3(Training Day) it states that the recipe accounts for 1/2 sc and has another piece of bread for 1/2/sc. The exchange list calls out two slices of wheat bread as 1 SC. There fore, 1/2 sc would be 1 slice of bread.
    Is that correct Kim?
    If so, I have the same question.

    I have the same concern. I am 5’6.5″. I would say that would put me with Meal Plan 2 but the >1700 calories bother me a bit, even if it is for two weeks. I notice by week three my calories would be 1444 or so. I feel that meal plan would suit me better. I did the 45 BunsNGuns challenge prior to the Summer Shred. I was not perfect on the meal plan but did it for about 75-80%. I was not able to eat all the calories, however I was able to eat the five meals with tweaks. i.e. I was only able to eat 5 oz of the yogurt vs the 8 oz per the plan in the BunsNGuns. Never was hungry.
