I found non-fat cottage cheese at Giant. Other places, I have not been successful, but I can find it there regularly.

Should we follow Nicole’s plan or MFP? Mine aren’t adding up either. Says I’m over by a lot of carbs. Is it just the brands I purchased? I still have a post workout meal (higher carbs) and regular meal to eat, but only have 8 carbs left in a Low Carb day.

I haven’t heard back from Moe yet. However, I know she is a busy lady. I am sure she is on it and will get back to us. PS – I am glad that I am not the only one that looked into this. I ate it yesterday before tracking/looking at the food label. When I got home I was surprised that with eating that much yogurt and oatmeal ball that I was WAY over for protein.

I made some “mexican” chicken. Which all I did was take boneless, skinless chicken breast and put some salt free taco seasoning on it. I then made roasted potatoes with sweet and tangy seasoning. I put the 4 oz potatoes with the 4 oz of chicken and then diced up 2 oz of fresh avocado.

I know it sounds odd, but I LOVE that it is filling and gives me my craving fix.

Thank you all for asking questions about the refeed meal. I have a question that may seem odd, but I want to make sure I don’t “ruin” my progress.

I am super excited to be able to have a cheat meal of my choice. However, I am also craving a Reese’s Cup. Would it be okay to have 1 Reese’s cup as part of my cheat meal? If so, how do I adjust my meal. If I would have a cheeseburger, would I replace the bun, the cheese, the fries, etc?

    Thank you for your help!

I was actually wondering the same thing. I am the height of the first plan, but four pounds over 130. Is it better to go high or low?
