ParticipantI found it to be slow sometimes too but found if my phone is connected to WiFi I have a better chance. If the phone service is weaker then it takes awhile for the video to work right. For example, if I move the video to another time it wouldn’t load or start at that point so I had to make sure to watch from the beginning and not to go back or anything. Not sure if this is what will help you but it helped me just incase it helps you.

ParticipantThat’s makes sense. I was wondering if it’s best to eat all meals even if it’s late for nutrition and meeting the macros for the day but also was wondering if we should not be eating after a certain time before bed. Like don’t eat a few hours before?

ParticipantSounds good. Thank you! I know my BMR from my scale and Inbody testing is 1596 or so. So I’ve been wanting to learn a little more. Such as if my watch says it was a 500 cal burn work out and I naturally burn 1600 would I just take off 400 cals or so for a deficit and eat a 1700 cal day and do that for awhile and see how that goes? For now I plan to follow how the challenge was since it was working. To do 1572 calories for the day with 125g carbs, 160g protein, and 48g fat. I weigh 192 and have been wanting mostly to figure out how much protein and calories my goal should be for the day as well as what good macro goals should be for me. I plan to watch Nicole’s video again and work it all out. Thank you for anything you share! I’m learning more and more.

More questions about this. 1) could you just space out the meals every couple hours or so if needed? I’ve been trying to do every 3 hours or so but if they day gets alterade and you have to do 4 meals with only 7 hours or so left to the day before you go to bed…. 2) I’ve had a similar situation where there was a big gap that I couldn’t get a meal in and my 5th meal may be like 9 or 10 pm. Would it still be best to have the last meal very late? And then should I try to stay up for a few hours to digest or it’s better to get the nutrients in even if you have to go to sleep shortly after the last meal? Also, is it best to only have 30-35 g of protein at a time? Does your body not process protein than that even if you had more protein in a meal? I’ve had where I’ve got home from a workout and had my protein with water and raisins but then had to make my meal to eat in 1 hour or 1 1/2 hrs or so due to the timing of end of the day. Would love to hear recommendation’s for these types of scenarios or anything you could share. Thank you!Nicole Christie

Participantthank you. So for example now that I am to do thurs, Mon and wed cardio is to pick from one of the 30 min cardio’s. Tues was an amrap finisher. Just wasn’t sure the way it was worded. So that’s what I did. Thank you

ParticipantOkay, what does it mean without cardio finishers…
Are you saying 2 days a week pick one of the cardio workouts to do after your work out and if you want to do more cardio to do one of the other ones? I’m not understanding in lahmens terms I’m guessing. For example, today I did the treadmill triumph because I did not understand what cardio I am to do. You can over explain it to me assuming I don’t understand.
