    Thank you so much for the advice Naomi. I’m going to ask if the gym has any that are maybe in another room. If not, I’ll just purchase my own.

    I’m 5’3″, and I had the same problem. I think I’ll try Odette’s suggestion next time. It was a great workout though.

    Hi Erin! I do martial arts twice a week too. Which martial art do you practice? I do WTF Taekwondo.

    Yes! I’m proud of myself for finishing, even though I felt like stopping.
    I had the most trouble with the cable lateral raises. I didn’t realize my upper body was that weak! Lol

    Great job! I did weights then cardio this morning. I do Taekwondo on Monday and Thursday evenings, so I go a little extra today. I’m so glad to have this forum. It’s nice to know that when things get tough I’m not alone.
