Thank you so much for the advice Naomi. I’m going to ask if the gym has any that are maybe in another room. If not, I’ll just purchase my own.

I had the most trouble with the cable lateral raises. I didn’t realize my upper body was that weak! LolNicoleParticipantI did all of mine relaxed as well.
NicoleParticipantGreat job! I did weights then cardio this morning. I do Taekwondo on Monday and Thursday evenings, so I go a little extra today. I’m so glad to have this forum. It’s nice to know that when things get tough I’m not alone.
