Nightbird573ParticipantIt is explained in the video at this link. I hope it works for you!
Nightbird573ParticipantI have a smith machine at home and do like the previous poster stated: lie on the floor and press up on the bar with your feet. I did actually get a 60 day gym membership for this challenge just so I can do the all workouts without much modification.
Nightbird573ParticipantPlease list out exactly what you ate. I followed the meal plan and actually came out a little under the target calories.
Nightbird573ParticipantBeth, Day 2 is Back and Abs. Day 3 is just shoulders and triceps (no Abs on day 3).
Nightbird573ParticipantMissouri
Nightbird573ParticipantSounds like a good plan! I just put my scale up in the attic or throw out the batteries so it isn’t easily accessible. Right now I think it’s in the garage. My husband was using it to weigh his tool bag before he left for Puerto Rico.
Nightbird573ParticipantI have never used Instagram before, but created an account for this challenge. The account is rfarl147.
Nightbird573ParticipantYes. It is just propped up beside me rather than in my hand.
Nightbird573ParticipantThank you! It’s actually just a half marathon (13.1 miles). I don’t have to increase my calories so much as I need to time them right so that I have enough energy for my run. Before I began this program, I was simply eating a Clif Bar one to two hours before my run. I will probably just replace that with the meal one option that includes oatmeal. As I gradually increase my mileage from 8 miles to 13 miles over the next seven weeks, I will see if I need to tweak anything. I will be drinking G2 Gatorade during my run, but I only consume one bottle (40 calories).
