Just seeing this…so if I take 32g of almonds and grind them up eventually they turn into natural almond butter. No different imo than buying your almond butter fresh ground at Whole Foods or Fresh Market…right? Seems like it “should” be an equal substitution.

I started using the chicken breast tenderloins. They cook quicker and stay nice and juicy. I exclusively grill mine. High heat, 4 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other (lid down). Then I put them in a large casserole dish, cover it with foil and a towel and let them finish cooking in their own steam. They’re so tender and moist this way that even my husband will eat them. Also I generally cook two 6 pound bags from Sam’s or Cosco at a time. Doesn’t take me any longer to cook more in the finished product freezes well.

I ended up making 2 loaves and used 215 grams of banana per loaf…so about 107 grams per banana. Anyway…They were perfect and delicious! I may have had to taste test the ends! 🤷‍♀️ Can’t wait for tomorrow’s workout just so I can have this!!!

Hi! Having some issues as well. My gastro doc suggested a particular fiber supplement but my concern is that it has 45 calories…all carbs. How do I work it into my macros? Do I need to cut something else out? Total calories = 45 (11 total Carbs / 9 soluble fiber / 1 insoluble fiber / 0 sugars). Thanks!

Thanks Naomi! It’s a small gym so they don’t have a lying hamstring curl machine either… only seated. I will try the cable this morning and see how it goes. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi Rebecca – You can freeze just about anything and for sure you can freeze these pancakes. It’s just a matter of how good they will be when you thaw them back out. If you do it just make sure you wrap them in plastic wrap nice and tight to keep the air off of them. Good luck!

Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Fresh Market all have Ghee if you have any of those stores. Some stores have it in the refrigerated section next to the butters and margarines. Other stores have it in the aisle by the coconut oils. Hope that helps.

I have knee issues and cannot do any impact cardio. Because of this my cardio machine of choice is the stair-mill. I do use the treadmill occasionally but I can only walk on the treadmill (not run) so typically I max out at 4-4.5 mph walking and have to use the incline for added intensity. How do I adjust the recommended cardio workouts to achieve the appropriate insensitivity all things considered? Thanks!
