    I think the confusion also lies in the note at the top of the workout where it says “rest 60sec between sets”. As I understand it there is no actual Rest, the cardio (jumping jacks, toe taps, etc) is considered the rest, is this correct?

    I used MFP to log salmon, then later after my last meal found out the MFP numbers were totally off!! It put me pretty well over on fat for the day. I was sad but I guess now I’ve learned to double check those numbers!! Yeesh… 🤦‍♀️

    I’m in the same boat!! I rode really hard snowboarding on Sat and am toast today! Im super reluctant to upset the program by taking today off but maybe listening to my body is what needs to happen? 💀 🤷‍♀️ Please advise.
