ParticipantMama of 3 and done many challenges while breastfeeding if you do notice a change in milk I limited cardio which seemed to help with my milk supply and still had great results! Good luck!

ParticipantLadies- if you are lifting and doing the cardio I promise your body needs the calories!!! Eat all the food or you won’t have the energy to make it through! I’m 150 lbs and am on the 3rd meal plan for woman so I get it’s a lot of food but trust the process!

ParticipantI have done 2 challenges while breastfeeding obviously consult your dr, but I just didn’t do all the cardio if you wanted to do all the cardio I would add more calories for sure!! You will still lose trust me! Good luck!

ParticipantWhat time do you workout.. I’m in the same boat but want this so it’s a priority.. I say let the house go for a few weeks lol that’s my plan.. I have 3 little kids am am breastfeeding.. making meal prep simple too.. no fancy meals for me!

ParticipantYes I see that but for woman’s meal plan 3 the pre written meal for shrimp tacos says 28 grams of cheese with an F in () .. that’s why I was confused

ParticipantI always just eat part of a meal before weightlifting in the morning.. so part of meal 1 then weightlift then I use the rest of meal 1 as a snack later in the day. This way you aren’t downing 2 meals before 7am 🙂 hope this helps maybe Naomi will have a better idea ;), but this is what works for me working out so early. Good luck!!!
