Edited just to add that it is the NW Protein Powder that I normally get through the website, but for ease of shipping time because I was running low I ordered through Amazon, not just a random vanilla protein powder.

Ok, thank you. The way it is written was confusing because it states to *add the 2 oz chicken to the bowl. But does not say the same for the rice portion. So I wasn’t sure the 50g was my total or was also to be *added to the bowl like the chicken. I’ll add the additional 50g to what is already included in the recipe. Thank you

Ok, so I will be having 1/4 cup cooked rice (as listed in the recipe considering its two servings) plus 50g as listed in the meal plan for meal 3 (plan for 5’6″ and taller)? Sorry, just want to be sure I’m not overeating on the rice.

Ok, I’m sorry I’m still confused over here lol I’ve read the other threads in regards to this and I’m still lost. I just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly.

2×10, 6 (warm up) : Means two sets total, one set of 10, and one set of 6

4×10, 8, 6, 6 : Means four sets total, one set of 10….one set of 8, one set of 6, one set of 6

I’m overthinking this I’m sure, but just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly. Thank you!

Thank you! I’ve never utilized an “E-book” before so I didn’t realize that things were actually clickable in them once opened in the print view (I feel dumb!). This helps a lot! Thanks again!
