    On my carton, 2 egg whites is 4 tbsp’s or 1/4 cup.

    Three cups is a LOT of egg whites! Anyone get this figured yet?

    I also was confused only getting essentially 2 days if meal plans per month. I knew there was going to be some repeating of meals but didn’t realize we would only get two days worth with the program! I also assumed we had to plan the rest!
