    In case you wanted another option…All Purpose In the Raw is awesome, I used that in my lemon poppyseed muffins and it turned out great and added a nice crunch to the top.

    I’ve never had an issue with carrying on meals. The ONLY thing they took from me, was my prebagged protein powder (which in hindsight makes sense, white powder in a ziploc looks suspicious). So I would check my protein powder. And they would take my single serve yogurts… So any solid food in my bag as a carryon, was fine. At least that was my experience.

    Hi Maureen ,
    If I use the Burn Supplement before breakfast per the Supplements page, but I don’t work out until after work (weights then cardio)
    will I still get good results? Or is the best practice to take it after weights, but right before Cardio?
