Can I piggy back on to this? I hope you don’t mind. I am a powerlifter that hasn’t been in the game for about 2 years thanks to my job that’s taken up a lot of my personal time.
The meal plans are set up for pretty light/middleweight people. I am 5’5 and I currently weight 228. My competition weight was 195 2 years ago and I had 178# lean muscle. What do you recommend I do for calories/macros?
