I make tahini dressings often and the trick is just adding a little water at a time until you get the consistency you desire.

I suppose I was more confused as to whether or not I should be follow the 5’4” and under plan as I’m about 100 lbs over the weight listed for that plan. ? It would be a very dramatic deficit compared to the macros I’m currently following so I don’t want to set myself up for failure.
PattyParticipantI’ve been wondering about something similar. I’m only 5’3 but I’m over 200 lbs. Obviously I have a significant amount of weight to lose and any deficit will probably assist in losing. Phase 3 for my height seems awfully low in calories at my weight though. Any insight?
