Hi Patricia- I would follow the workouts and nutrition of Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 to a T and see what happens. Nicole has designed this program to help you transform as much as possible over a short period of time, so just do your best!

I suppose I was more confused as to whether or not I should be follow the 5’4” and under plan as I’m about 100 lbs over the weight listed for that plan. ? It would be a very dramatic deficit compared to the macros I’m currently following so I don’t want to set myself up for failure.
