yes, I take 3g each training day.
Patty MooreParticipant@angelenariggs Are you doing Meal Plan 3?? If so I would think as long as you measure out 43g of some kind of protein in your shaker cup you should be fine. I never thought about putting collagen in with my protein, thats a great idea..

Patty MooreParticipantHey Jenny, Yeah, I had a really good time for the Dallas Camp.. Tons of fun and meeting new people. My advise what you need all weekend:
3 gallons water, need 1 gallon each day – because your unsure what kind of water the gym might have or lack of, so many woman getting water too..
Bring Food & snacks – Saturday and Sunday
Towel each day (get from hotel) – TONS OF SWEAT!!
Bring yoga mat or chair – If not – you will be siting on the floor, gym may have mats..
Bring Notebook and Camera – lots of pictures with Nicole and take notes
Epson Salt – for Saturday night (LONG DAY)
Add new batteries in your heart monitor – This is something I didn’t do..
Friday night – meet and greet then workout
Saturday – meet early morning (9am-ish)- LONG DAY of working out & purchasing Nicole’s Collections & Q&A
Sunday – meet early morning (9am-ish)- Working out & purchasing Nicole’s Collections & Q&A, leave around 2ishPatty MooreParticipant@Pamela McCawley, I would think when it gets closer..
