I enrolled in the BUNSNGUNS challenge and then in the SUMMER SHRED challenge and I love the exercise routine and the meal plans … But, I think I’m getting too thin, I lose volume in my legs, people perceive me reduced and I also. And I’m not feeling comfortable, what I would like is to make volume, I want my legs and arms to grow in volume, in muscle. I do all my routine and I follow the diet but I keep going down. Can something be done? ….. You can guide me, if I am more defined but reduced. I want to continue in the SUMMER challenge but I want to increase volume.
