    Michelle, in the nutrition video, she discusses almond milk. You can use that with your cereal. I plan on making a protein shake and using that as my milk for my cereal.

    I saw under nutrition posts that the nutrition days stay the same week to week regardless of the workout. So I think we would just move the workout up a day, not the nutrition.

    If we keep the workouts in the same order, that would put our higher calorie days 1 day apart versus 2 days. Is that still ok?
