    Also FYI I can access anything else on the ebook – the links work perfectly EXCEPT for the videos

    Yes I saw Nicole’s email which is why I’m posting my issues. I removed everything from the previous host company on my phone and iPad (laptop has no problems) and re-downloaded the challenge book on both devices. The challenge book comes up no problem at all but when you try to click on any links to the videos (on iPad or cell phone only) you see a screen flash for a second like it’s going to come up, and then it’s a blank screen thats trying to load but never does. I waited for quite a while and it stays blank. It’s a problem since I need to have the ability to download videos sometimes while at the gym…

    I had no problem opening the videos on my phone or iPad previously

    I can open the videos on my laptop but they will not open on my phone or my ipad

    I just tried to view the phase 2 videos and it says they are only available to members. I am an active member as well as in the challenge…

    Can a spin class be counted toward cardio? I do SoulCycle and classes at NY Sports Club

    I begin training early, about 5:30 AM. I know we should eat meal 1 before weight training, but it is really tough and I am not used to eating so early and work out on a full stomach. I manage black coffee before and BCAA’s during training and the shake when I get home. I have meal 1 three hours after the shake, which is perfect and crushes my normal cravings. Cardio is usually after work. I am hoping the protein pancake suffices for post cardio. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.. Thank you!
