ParticipantI can’t remember where, in the forums (other than the Training section) I may have put this question (I apologize for repeating it):
Is it ok to do the Tuesday gym workout (EMOM, bodyweight) with a little bit of extra weight (and I’m not just talkin’ ’bout my own hiney LOLOL)? The only one I’m really wondering about is the BB shoulder press. I’m trying to get better at the weight portion and I can already do that with a smith machine with some weight, but the actual BB is a killer and I’m not sure if I can get through the entire workout with it. Please help.

ParticipantDoing the cardio immediately following the weight training is actually kind of fun and QUITE challenging. I’ve done it before, about a year ago, but never this intense. Takes up a wee bit more time at the end of the day, but I prefer that. Thank you!
