In 2006 when I had my son I literally cried at the weight I gained and also how my stomach looked it was similar to yours (probably worse). I share this picture with you because I know what it feels like to feel like you are feeling at this moment. The best advice I can give is to carry on and continue to see changes. Small changes turn into big ones. That picture took me about 9- 12 mths and I had to change my thinking as well. You need anything or a chat happy to help…

ParticipantThe app can be paid or free. The unpaid version doesn’t save your timers timers the paid one does. I use seconds pro I don’t have any issues with it but I have the paid one. Hit the plus on top right to create timer then select HITT
I do high for 30 sec and low for 135 the rest is warm and cool hope this helpsjESSICA ESTENES

Participantthank you. The HR monitors are driving me nuts. I know at one point Nicole did a thing with Polar. They have a New A370 that I would love to have but its so expensive. Anyway she is doing anything like that again with them? I really did like my polar much better than this Wahoo app and strap I am using now? Which HR monitors do you like?

ParticipantI think it could be the quality of oatmeal too. I used the Bobs Red Mill oats and mine did not fall apart and they are rolled oats.

ParticipantI am not a coach but noticed in the summary of workouts it says body weight walking lunges but in the video they are weighted I did 50 lb barbell because that’s what I was doing so I don’t think they would mind us challenging ourselves I would do weighted

ParticipantI like the idea of thinking as meals in boxes it is a great one Nicole and it is helping me alot already.
Sometimes it is easy to grab anything but I was able to get Perdue Lean Ground chicken at the super market and it is so good. Tip for everyone I grabbed one and it said LEAN and the other said Fit and trim the one that said LEAN had 9g of fat per serving and the other had only 2g per serv.
Read your labels … sometimes little ads on the front of a package are not what they seems. Spagetti squash is the best too!

ParticipantI have but I can try again I have videos I just have really long legs and have a hard time squatting I went to one of your clinics one time and unfortunately I know that there is not much time to work on one persons squat but I always get pain in my left ass cheek to be honest. I did squats today but switched to hack I will try smith machine next time – I will let you know how it goes …. can nicole post some pointers on things that can help a bad squat …?
