would you recommend getting closer to my goal weight of around 160 (less if i can ) before i go to the reverse diet? I have been logging my food for quite a while in my fitness pal. a couple of years. I do tend to eat back some of the calories I am burning from exercise- I guess I need to work harder to keep a 500 cal a day deficit, whether with exercise as i am able. or less food on day I am not so active? I am afraid of not having enough “energy” since i am already fatigued. but i suspect that may be an illogical fear.
Is reverse dieting something i will do before i get to my goal weight? thank you for the encouragement! Hope you are doing well!~
