I’m curious about this as well. Should we build our own mixed veggie mix or is there a frozen/prepackaged mix that is recommended?

Sounds like everyone is making there way through this challenge. Keep up the great work! I didn’t weigh or measure this week but definitely feel less bloated and stronger. I will say that this week has taught me that, prior to this challenge, I was not eating nearly enough food through the week. Now I know why I was ravenous over the weekends which has not been helpful with reaching my goals. Here’s hoping that this challenge will bring better awareness for properly fueling my body.

Because mine was going to be so big, I ended up making a couple of smaller ones which was much more manageable.

Much respect to all of you that can go that fast. I was able to get up to 8mph tonight which was no where close but I’m happy that I didn’t fall/stumble. Hopefully by the end of the challenge I will be able to hit the 12mph at least once. 🙂

I too was wondering this. I just began putting my meals into Myfitnesspal and notice a discrepancy between what is coming up in Myfitness pal versus what is on the printable sheet. For example: Meal plan 3/High carb day/meal #3- my fat count is about 5g higher than on the printable sheet. I’m wondering if even the different brands of rice have different nutritional values which would cause the discrepancy. Thanks for any guidance!
