RachelParticipantI like it! 🙂 It was a bit to muster through at first but the avocados and green onions mixed with it helps a bunch. Now I’m hungry lol. Happy eating everyone!
RachelParticipantHi Kimberly! If I may add a suggestion and try to go with a friend. If possible, that friend can work one exercise while you do the other and switch back and forth to complete the superset. It works great in the gym especially when others see that you are focused 🙂 good luck!

RachelParticipantHi!! I have a quick silly question for the OFF days: Since we are to not consume the protein shake, rice cakes and cashew/almond milk after workouts (since we are off that day), our calories/macros will be lower than the total recommended for that day. Is it okay to have it lower or do we need to substitute and add other foods to compensate? My gut tells me ‘no’ since we will not be working as hard that day but I wanted to be sure. Thank you! Really loving this so far.
