Today was better. I got in meals 1-4 and lifted late around 9 pm. Got home and had post workout meal. Found myself again at 11 pm needing to force protein pancakes down to meet my goals. I couldn’t quite finish them but got closer.
I am a bit constipated. More water? Also my tummy is tight and distended. Will this pass?
Any chance I should drop to meal plan 1?
