    I could probably use more water. I feel like I am stuffing myself with food, struggling to get it all in honestly. I woke up not hungry at all.

    I could have had more sleep last night.

    Definitely more chest work than I have done in awhile.

    Thanks! Yes, it is a big change. I am not used to eating anything near this amount of carbs.

    Today was better. I got in meals 1-4 and lifted late around 9 pm. Got home and had post workout meal. Found myself again at 11 pm needing to force protein pancakes down to meet my goals. I couldn’t quite finish them but got closer.

    I am a bit constipated. More water? Also my tummy is tight and distended. Will this pass?

    Any chance I should drop to meal plan 1?
