Hi Caroline. Don’t let this discourage you. Everyone’s body reacts differently to different foods, diets and even exercise. You don’t know what works until you try it. I’m 48 always thought if I ate as much food as I am now, I would blow up like a balloon. Stepping out of my comfort zone, I’m following Nicole’s plan as close as possible (due to my work schedule) and have lost 4 pounds on the 1st week. Hang in there and do YOUR thing. You got this!
