dried fruit without sugar is hard to find even low sugar dried fruit in hanaford has sugar. where do i find no sugar dried fruit?

I am a vegetarian as well I like simple easy meals most of the meals are complicated in that they have many ingredients. Do you have any substitutions for any of the meals? and still maintaining the macro count each day each meal?
