    So then your doing a total of 80 reps when’s it’s complete?

    This is what’s making it confusing. I understand the terms but this is indicating the opposite of “drop” set.

    Time doesn’t quite matter as long as you are putting in the work of the exercise and sticking to the eating. My opinion experience.

    I’m up in weight also. I know the body needs time to adjust to any menu change. Also adding muscle for sure.

    For me I get 1/4 and batch it that way. Put a lid on it and test it with spatula. It is a little tricky but draining the water well is key too. They do stay together 😉
