That is what I need to do. I’m 44, 5″1 and about 115.I was out of the gym for a few months after a Sinus surgery. It was more intense then they though (had to rebuild the inside of my nose). So, needless to say.. I had put on a little bit of weight. Once I went back.. it was hard for me to into the groove and then I was out again do to pain in my left rotator.
I am having a very hard time with the weight gain as I was always in the 10-12% BF range. I have a treadmill at home and I am trying to get up a little earlier to do a light jog or run in the am (I get up at 4:00 so I would need to get up around 3:45). How many days do you suggest? I have not problem doing cardio after my workout too.
