ParticipantFor best results eat as plan is played out. Grocery list is across the board for all plans and meals. Use it to check off your items for easy grocery shopping.

ParticipantTy Nicole, made my wrong! Being overview says measure all meat and protein cooked I cooked it first and weight 1 1/4lb per each of the 6 peppers which I needed 2 pkgs of the raw meat. I will take 1/2 the stuffing out before I eat each if the 6 stuffed peppers I made. 2 pkgs filled all 6 peppers….sad! 😭

ParticipantOmg I’m even more confused now! I need a martini Maureen! Lol In the Turkey stuffed pepper recipe is the 1 1/4lbs raw or cooked?
I cooked it first, weighed 1 1/4lbs and then added to the onions….Roberta
ParticipantI cooked mine and then weighed it and then sauteed onions and then added the cooked Turkey. Till I hear otherwise…in outline its says weigh it cooked…? Well see what the say

ParticipantI like a separate HR strap, I feel it’s more accurate than a wrist HR watch monitor. I have the Polar M400 and it’s perfect along with the Polar HR strap. Also the Polar Flow app,MFP and the Polar Flow web site all sync my workouts. Hope this helps

ParticipantGo off of your height if ranges between height and weight don’t work.
Roberta
ParticipantFigure to space them out approx 3 hrs apart between wake up and bedtime. Making sure PW meal is after workout. It can be done, if its prepped to go every 3 hours is easy for me.
Roberta
ParticipantI make my meals and if my day is longer than usual i eat 1/2 of each meal. That gives me double the meals but each is a 1/2 portion so im still eating every 3 hrs and im still eating all the required food for challenge..plus i drink a gallon of water. Hope that helps

Participantamanda, did nicole or her team give recommendations..miss that post…if so can you let me know what they said and dosage? ty

Participanthi Amanda, i hit my daily macros withing 5g+/-. i eat only whats on the food list which is basically everything i normally eat anyway since 2011. now i might throw in a HUGE whopping tablespoon lol of protein ice cream every once in a while, but i log it in and it fits my macros. now with that said, i believe macros are the first step (Nicole and her team with give you there take) and the food types that fits those macros are the second step and then weight training followed by cardio. so your body is the result of what u put in, about 80% of this journey is all about the food. so my goal daily is clean fats, carbs and protein. so if i use 100g towards egg white omelet with spinach -vs- 100g towards a twinky i know the body knows and will show progress or lack of and it will reflect it. the old saying “your body is what you eat” is so true…just my take, my experience. just hit the macros with the foods on the list because the ratio is already figured out for you based on your weight and height.
